An active internet connection is required to use N Bajji's services. N Bajji is not liable for any loss or disruption caused by technical issues or internet outages.

To register on N Bajji, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false or incorrect details is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination if discovered.

• Loss or damage resulting from internet disconnection.
• Loss or damage caused by third parties or hackers where the user failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their account credentials.
• Service unavailability during platform maintenance or upgrades.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

N Bajji is fully committed to responsible gaming. However, N Bajji is not responsible for a player's personal gaming choices or their outcomes.

N Bajji may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
